Services

The Play to Thrive information hub provides a pathway to Play and Creative Arts Therapies as well as other services that can support children, families, schools and therapists. We have loosely grouped our services into 4 categories to help navigate our site. These categories are:

Play and Creative Arts Therapy

A therapy designed to help children and young people express their thoughts and feelings using play and creativity as the main communication tool, rather than having to rely on speech.

Parent and Child Therapy

A range of services to help support the relationship between parents or carers and their children.

Baby Bonding

A gentle play-based approach to support emotional development in babies and strengthen a secure attachment.

Clinical Supervision

Creative Clinical supervision for trainee and qualified therapists, and others working with children and young people in various settings.

Some of our therapists offer other services (including adult counselling, mentoring and training) which are listed on individual therapist pages. Please contact the therapist directly to learn more.

Play to Thrive can also attend festivals and events with stalls, talks and workshops to raise awareness of children's mental health and well being, and how these can be supported by creative therapies. Please contact us at playtothrive@hotmail.com to enquire more about these.
